Our Deluxe Fairways Townhouse delivers unique quality and understated luxury for today's casual
lifestyle. It is an end unit and features 2 king bedded master bedrooms (1 upstairs -1 downstairs), a custom designed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and original art work throughout. Our townhouse is the perfect choice whether you're visiting with the whole family, need a romantic getaway or want a multi-couple retreat. Huge picture windows bring the view into every room. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the large outside deck (equipped with gas grill) overlooking #6 and #1 of the Links Golf course and lake to the Bay. If you have to stay in touch we offer Free Hi-Speed Internet access and Wi-Fi. Our Townhouse is within easy walking distance of a swinmming pool with separate wading pool and everything else, but you may choose to bike or use the complimentary resort tram to travel around the resort.

We furnish our guests an optional Resort Amenity Card if you wish to utilize some specific Sandestin resort amenities. For example, the Amenity Card will allow you to purchase lunch around the beachside pool or cocktails at the beach Tiki Hut, rent beach chairs and umbrellas and save your spot in the sand with convenient beachside service, rent boogie boards or kayaks, or ride the resort tram. However, if plans during your Sandestin stay do not include the specific activities which will require a Resort Amenity Card, you may be sure that you can still enjoy the sugar white sand and emerald water at the beach and use the complimentary beach umbrella and 6 beach chairs which we offer our guests and take advatage of lots of other resort fun and save money too. Please be sure to ask for details. At Sandestin, outside is "where it's at." Sandestin's private beach is where the resort's stunning beauty shines the brightest. You may also wish to explore the many other beaches in the immediate vicinity during your visit here. The sparkling sugar sand beaches of this area are among the whitest in the world and the perfect place to lose yourself for a day or your entire vacation.
