Warm and comfortable 2 bedroom Plus 2 bedroom loft, 3 bath
Condominium. This unit is furnished with everything you need to enjoy
summer and winter in this mountain paradise.
The kitchen is fully equipped and newly accessorized with a KitchenAid Architect Series
Range (Thermal & Convection), a KitchenAid Ultima Cook Speed Oven (Microwave Oven),
KitchenAid Refridgerator and a (nearly silent) Miele Platinum Dishwasher for even the most challenging family meals.
There is a washer and dryer inside the unit so laundry is a synch.
A daily towel service is provided.
The Living room is warm, cozy and bright and features a wood burning fire box (cord wood provided) for atmosphere and supplementary heat.
There are several televisions, two VHS Players, a DVD Player and plenty of
games and puzzles to keep you entertained.
The master bedroom has king size bed, Plenty of closet space, TV and a private bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and TV. This bedroom shares its bathroom with the common area livingroom and kitchen.
The 3rd bedroom (loft) has two twin beds.
The 4th bedroom (loft) has a queen size bed, a twin bed and a TV & VCR.
The 3rd & 4th Loft bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom. The 4th bedroom is accessed through the 3rd bedroom (not entirely private).
Covered parking is provided beneath the building.
This mountain home is in walking distance to Canyon Ski Lodge and the new North Village at Mammoth Village. The Mountain shuttle stops about 25 yards from the building and comes every 15 minutes (winter) and can delivery you to the lift center: (North Village) in 5 minutes and (Canyon Lodge) in as little as 12 minutes.

Winter Nightly Rates (3 nights minimum): $320 a night Sunday through Thursday; $420 a night Friday & Saturday; Weekend stays must include both Friday & Saturday nights.
Rentals of less than three nights are subject to a short Stay fee of $300.00.
Winter Weekly Rates: November 12, 2009 - May 2, 2010, per $1,952 per week (non-holiday).
Holidays:
Thanksgiving: November 25 - 29, 2008: Regular Winter rates.
Winter Holidays:
Week 1: December 19th to 26th: $5,040
Week 2: December 26th to January 2nd: $5,040
Martin Luther King Weekend: January 15 - 18: three nights $1,440 (three night Minimum).
Presidents Day weekend: Thursday, February 11 thru Monday
February 15: Available for $720 per night; Four night minimum.
All rentals are subject to a 13% Town of Mammoth Transient Occupancy Tax and a $1,000 Refundable Security Deposit.
Spring & Summer 2010:
May 3, 2010 - November 11, 2010, $1,250 per week; $1000.00 five night special.
