Vacation Rental Description

Warm and comfortable 2 bedroom Plus 2 bedroom loft, 3 bath
Condominium. This unit is furnished with everything you need to enjoy
summer and winter in this mountain paradise.

The kitchen is fully equipped and newly accessorized with a KitchenAid Architect® Series 
Range (Thermal & Convection), a KitchenAid Ultima Cook™Speed Oven (Microwave Oven), 
KitchenAid Refridgerator and a (nearly silent) Miele Platinum Dishwasher for even the 
most 
challenging family meals.

There is a washer and dryer inside the unit so laundry is a synch.

A daily towel service is provided.

The Living room is warm, cozy and bright and features a wood burning fire box (cord 
wood provided) for atmosphere and supplementary heat.

There are several  televisions, two VHS Players, a DVD Player and plenty of
games and puzzles to keep you entertained.

The master bedroom has king size bed, Plenty of closet space, TV and a private 
bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and TV. This bedroom shares its 
bathroom with the common area livingroom and kitchen.

The 3rd bedroom (loft) has two twin beds. 

The 4th bedroom (loft) has a queen size bed, a twin bed and a TV & VCR.

The 3rd & 4th Loft bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom. The 4th bedroom is accessed 
through the 3rd bedroom (not entirely private).

Covered parking is provided beneath the building.

This mountain home is in walking distance to Canyon Ski Lodge and the new North 
Village 
at Mammoth Village. The Mountain shuttle stops about 25 yards from the building and 
comes every 15 minutes (winter) and can delivery you to the lift center: (North Village) in 
5 
minutes and (Canyon Lodge) in as little as 12 minutes.

Please note:  This is a Non-Smoking Unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.

Activities and Attractions

Winter:

Ski And Snowboard Mammoth Mountain: 3500 acres. 3100 vertical feet. An
average of 385 inches of snow annually. A Skiers Mountain with one of
the best lift system in the world! It has it all, from beginner to steeps.

Nordic Skiing & Snowshoeing: Experience winter unspoiled on The
Tamarack Cross Country Ski Center. 45 kilometers of freshly groomed
track in the scenic Lakes Basin. On skis or snowshoes, Tamarack is
exhilarating and refreshing for outdoor enthusiasts of all abilities.

Snowmobile: Feel the thrill of winter exploration on your own
snowmobile. Snowmobile Adventures start on forested slopes that lead
into a vast trail network. Take a one-hour ride to Crater Flats or an
all-day excursion through the Inyo National Forest. Whatever the trip,
a snowmobile adventure is a great alternative winter activity.

Hot Creek:  Summer or Winter enjoy swimming and bathing this unique
geothermal natural resource. Winter subject to road conditions.  Bath
in the hot natural springs in the middle of a major mountain creek.
Sit for hours and soak it in.

Dinning: Relax over dinner and wine at one of Mammoth Mountain's fine
dining spots. From French cuisine with a lake view to Asian fusion and
the Minarets, Mammoth's restaurants exceed expectations.

Summer:

Fishing: Fish the Eastern Sierra. This area provides some of the best
fishing in the western U.S. The lakes, rivers and streams are stocked
for your enjoyment whether you enjoy fly fishing or use bait, you are
sure to catch your limit! 

Golfing: The Sierra Star Golf Course is a Cal Olson-designed, 18-hole
championship course is surrounded by evergreens and wildflowers, right
in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. See how far a golf ball flies at 8,000
feet, all while enjoying the views on a world-class, par 70 course.

Biking: Enjoy hundreds of miles of Eastern Sierra scenic beauty.
Access the cities Bike path system. Or Challenge yourself to the
Mammoth Mountain Bike Park. Fat tires, skinny trails, killer views.
Mammoth Mountain Bike Park boasts the ultimate in terrain with an
80-mile single track network.

Climb & Hike: Mammoth is a veritable paradise for those seeking the
challenges of world class technical rock climbing, the serenity of a
mountain meadow, a remote alpine lake or just a gentle Forrest trail.

Music: Mammoth hosts two remarkable musical festivals.  Mammoth Lakes
Jazz Jubilee, Mammoth's jazz fest is renowned for good times and great
music.
Sierra Summer Festival. Classical music lovers won't want to miss two
weeks of performances by  Eastern Sierra Symphony Orchestra, Chamber
Orchestras and Guest artists.
Bluesapalooza/Mammoth Festival of Beers Enjoy fantastic blues and
great brews at one of Mammoth's most popular summer events.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter Nightly Rates (3 nights minimum): $370 a night Sunday – Thursday; $470 a night 
Friday & Saturday; Weekend stays must include both Friday & Saturday nights. Rentals of 
less than three nights are subject to a cleaning fee of $200.00.

Winter Weekly Rates: November 8, 2007 - April 30, 2008, per $2,370.00 per week (non-
holiday).

Holidays:

Thanksgiving: November 21 - 25, 2007: Not Available Booked!

Winter Holidays:

Week 1 December 21st to 28th Available! $720/night 20% reduction for 6 or 7 nights!
That is 6 nights = $3,456 or 7 nights = $4,032

Week 2 December 28th to January 4th. Not Available Booked!

Martin Luther King Weekend: January 11 - 13: three nights $1,545 (three night 
Minimum). Available!

Presidents Day weekend Special: February 15 - 18: Not Available Booked!

All rentals are subject to a 13% Town of Mammoth Transient Occupancy Tax  and a 
$1,000 
Refundable Security Deposit. 


Spring & Summer 2007:

May 1, 2008 - November 8, 2008, $1,250 per week; $1000.00 five night special.
