sliding glass doors opening onto a large balcony overlooking the
lake; kitchen supplied with everything you could possibly need; new

high-efficiency washer/dryer; central air and heat; wood parquet
flooring; carpeting; stereo with cd player; ceiling fans in all
rooms; two full baths; covered parking for two cars.
Activities and Attractions
The beach, a block away, is a quiet, residential beach area with
handicap parking and access. Everything you need is on the island.
Restaurants, shops, video rental stores, bike rental stores, a movie
theatre, and nightlife are one to three miles in either direction. A
Publix Grocery Store is a mile north. Marinas are located a mile
down the street in either direction. A community pool is two miles
north. Lover's Key State Park, with its own free public boat ramp
is four miles south.

All rentals are subject to a 11% sales tax in addition to the rent.
All rentals require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the
unit, as well as an additional $500.00 security deposit, refundable
after vacating, based on condition of unit. Check-in 3PM; Check-out
10AM.
