Our cottage is located in Vacation Village Resort nestled among the
lakes and hills of South Lake County, just west of Orlando on US 27
in Clermont. It is situated on 44 acres overlooking beautiful Lake
Louisa, which is connected to 15 lakes and offers some of the best
fresh water fishing in the state.
The unit is completely furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, 2
bedrooms, and two baths. Linens, towels, and utensils are provided
for your convenience. In addition, free local phone service is
available.

The villa has 2 queen beds, 1 queen sofa sleeper, electric range,
microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, 2 TV's, DVD, VCR, cable with over 40
channels, hight speed internet, local phone service, central heat and
air, patio with BBQ grill, linens, dishes, and utensils.

There are numerous recreation and leisure time activities for every
member of the family including a Heated Olympic Size Swimming Pool, tot lots, a sundeck, shuffleboard pavilion, and a gazebo for poolside entertaining and parties. In addition, there are two lighted tennis courts, basketball court, and horseshoe pits.

Vacation Village features a private beach with picnic grounds and
barbeque facilities. You can launch your boat on our private boat
ramp; or enjoy fishing from our pier. (Boat rentals are available
nearby at Cypress Cove Marina.)

Guests will find travel to and from Vacation Village both quick and
easy. There is immediate access to Florida's Turnpike, several major
interstates, shopping in downtown Clermont and a number of major
Central Florida Attractions. Disney World, Epcot, MGM, Universal
Studios, and Sea World are just minutes away. We are just a short
drive to "World Famous Beaches."

We are only four miles from the National Training Center, where
athletes from around the world train for a variety of sports. Lake
Louisa State Park is less than two miles from Vacation Village. The
park offers picnicking, hiking, biking, equestrian, fishing, etc.
Six 18 hole golf courses are within a 12 mile radius.
