house rental amenities
The cottage is situated on a very large lot. The garden and back yard are great for relaxing. The lake is accessible from the back yard and has sandy bottom with rocks as you go deeper. The water around the dock ranges from 0 to 5 feet in depth, with deeper water past the dock.
The property has an unobstructed view across Lake Simcoe to the west.
Sunsets are simply fantastic. There is lots of light both in and outside.
While this side of the lake is well populated in the summer, there is
lots of room and it feels quite private. In the summer there can be
occasional noise on the lake from other water craft.
