Vacation Rental Description

House includes incredible view of the famous acapulco cliff divers, 
open view to the west(open ocean), and acapulco bay on the east 
side. Located at the top of the Pinzona mountain. The house has 
three levels with 2 pools and 1 jacuzzi. The style is 
simple and mediterranean. It has been owned by the Bunt family for 
75 years and has also been subject to multiple restorations. The 
patio has 100 year-old mango trees, and enjoying lunch under them 
is magnificent. This home also has 2 permanent staff members, an 
extraordinary cook and a gardener; when rented, add 10% of total for 
service. Any extra help that may be needed will be 5% more. 3  
bedrooms have A/C. The infiniti pool is solar heated and can be 
enjoyed all year round.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sunsets you will remember forever, 2 pools, jacuzzi. Near the famous 
Acapulco Yacht Club; home owner has a Pearson 31 sail boat which can 
be rented for 200 Dls. per day, maximun 6 persons. Also near 
traditional downtown Acapulco; renting a car is recomended. This 
house is versatile; it can cater to the needs of almost anyone.  

Activities and Attractions

The nightlife in Acapulco is incredible-literally never stops - even 
in the early hours night clubs are open. Trips to La Laguna de 
Coyuca can be arranged, where you can rent a small speedboat and get 
freshwater skiing lessons.  The Acapulco beaches are outstanding, 
with golden sand and more than 40 to select from. A day trip by 
sailboat or motorboat around the beautiful Acapulco bay & La Roqueta 
Island is a must.
