Villa La Paz is a welcoming, beautiful 4 bedroom 3-bath, oceanfront
home on the water, a short distance from Puerto Vallarta. This
bright, cheerful and airy home is made even more so by a solid wall of
telescoping glass doors that open fully to merge the inside with a
large, outside, covered patio, a spot where guests relax, sabor the
tropical brezes, watch the waves and share food and drink with family
and friends.
Located within the Greater Puerto Vallarta area, one of the world's
premier resort destinations, Villa La Paz comfortably accommodates up
to 8 people. It is one of 17 privately-owned homes in the first phase
of Pelican Point, a secure, controlled-access community built to
Canadian and American standards.
Villa La Paz has the ocean at its doorstep, surrounded by a setting
that intertwines sea, sun and sand with the soothing influence of
softly waving palms and verdant tropical landscaping.
