Come visit our quiet home in the country. Our 4 bedroom home
is a completely modern vacation rental with room for the whole
family and all the comforts of home.
You will be equiped for a self-sufficient vacation since the house
has a full kitchen with all utensils, and comes complete with all
bed and bath linens. The setting is the quiet countryside, so you
are assured privacy and an undisturbed stay.
As our guest you can also enjoy use of our 2000 feet of frontage on
the South Holston River, one of the premier tailwater trout fisheries
in the Southeast. Bring the family or a group of friends and test
your skill against rainbow and brown trout while enjoying a clean,
undeveloped river. The house is across the road from our river
frontage, but there is parking for you to drive within easy walking
distance. If boating is more your style, there is a public
boat ramp into Boone Lake about 5 minutes from our house.
We are centrally located in the Tri-Cities region of upper east
Tennessee. You get the all the benefits of staying in the quiet
countryside with few neighbors, while still being only a 20-minute
drive from great dining spots, shopping, historic sightseeing, and
evening entertainment.

Sorry, we do not allow smoking in the house (outside is fine) and we
do not allow pets. These restrictions are for the comfort of future

- $200 per weekend (Friday and Saturday nights)
- $550 per week (any 7 consecutive nights)
- $85 per additional weeknight
