You'll enjoy the large private balcony overlooking the pool, the
beach, the Atlantic Ocean, and also the spectacular views of the
sunrise and sunset. Our condominium at the Ocean Forest Plaza Resort,
is located in the exclusive cabana section of Myrtle Beach. It is
more relaxed, less crowded, and more family oriented than other
sections of the beach.

The resort is a 23-story, concrete and steel building. The building
is freshly remodeled with a new lobby, elevators, and exterior. Our
unit has just been decorated with new furniture, new ceramic tile in
kitchen bath & foyer, new wallpaper, new lighting, new appliances,
and new nautical framed art. It also features a clean and modern
kitchen and living room, a large bedroom, an attached dressing area
that includes another sink and mirror, and a full bath.

Our unit sleeps six, with two full-size beds, a queen-size sleeper
sofa with comfortable inner-spring mattress, central heat and air
conditioning, a VCR, and two cable TVs.

Myrtle Beach was voted "Best Family Beach" by THE TRAVEL CHANNEL.

The resort offers a lot to do! You'll enjoy a refreshing outdoor
pool, heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, an on-site
restaurant (Ocean Forest Cafe which offers a great breakfast buffet),
Bleachers Sports Bar located on the seventh floor, oceanfront walking
trail, playground/park (a short walk), and a pool-side bar and grill
(seasonal).

By renting our condo, you'll be closely located to all that Myrtle
Beach has to offer! It has 80+ golf courses, outlet shopping, fine
dining, live entertainment theatres, water parks, and exciting and
diverse night life. The Myrtle Beach Factory Stores, Broadway at the
Beach, Barefoot Country, NASCAR Cafe', Ripley's Aquarium, The Palace
Theater, and much more are all within minutes of our condominium.

No Pets allowed.

Unit 1413 is a non-smoking condo, smoking permitted on the balcony.

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent, unless accompanied by a
parent.

Cleaning Before And After your stay is included in all rates!

Guest Linens & Towels are included in weekly rates.

Rental week is from Saturday to Saturday.

Check in time 3pm. Check out 10am.

$150. fully refundable security/key deposit required.
