Piazza del Popolo in Rome

The flat is outside piazza del Popolo, right in the center of
Rome.It's 70 square meters, on the second floor of an elegant
building with no lift. The apartment has an air conditioner in every
room and an autonomous heating system. Internet access.It is
completely furnished also with antique furniture. There are: a large
living room with a convertible sofa and a convertible armchair,a
dinner table,satellite tv and DVD; two bedrooms,one with a queen size
bed and the other with a loft bed with bookcases underneath; a large
wardrobe in the hallway and a kitchen, linked to the second bedroom
by a service hatch, fully equipped with four electric hotplates, a
microwave, dish-washing machine,refrigeretor,pots,cultery. The
bathroom is furnisched with a shower-stall and a washing
machine.There is a small balcony wich opens to a large courtyard,
very quiet and well lighted. All the windows in the apartment face
this same courtyard.Not too far from the flat there is a large indoor
market that sells fruits and vegetables, fish and meat, freshly baked
breads and all sorts of tasty eatables.

The apartment is in the center of Rome, close to the most
important roman monuments,a few steps from the oval-shaped piazza del
Popolo, a dignified square and meeting of roads built in 1583 by pope
Paul III Alessandro Farnese to provide an impressive entrance to the
city, it owes its present symmetry to Valadier, who added the central
fountain in 1848. During all the year, the steps around the obelisk
and (if you're flush enough)the cafès on either side are popular hang-
outs.Federico Fellini used to stay there quite every day.But the
square's real attraction are the terrace of Pincio (Villa Borghese)
and the unbroken view it gives all the way back down via del Corso
trough the centre of Rome.From piazza del Popolo you can reach by
foot all the most famous monuments and squares of Rome like, for
example, piazza Navona, piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon,
Villa Borghese.

restaurants, theaters and shows that the centre of Rome offers durimg

Transportation: Piazza del Popolo is a very well connected area of
Rome. Right next to our building is the entrance to the subway (A
line, "Flaminio / Piazza del Popolo"). In front of our building, on
the other side of the street, there is a bus stop for many lines
which can bring you to every part of Rome.

Daily rates: there is a minimum 3 nights rental. E.100 for 2 people
and a supplement of E. 25 for each additional person.
Weekly rates: 550 euro for 2 persons and a supplement
of E 20 per night for each additional person. Special price for
families with two children under twelve: E.600. All rates are
inclusive of gas,electricity, sheets, towels and final cleaning.
Internet (on demand) is extra. During Christmas and Easter
holidays there is a 20%increase.
