Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort looks as it always has, a familiar and well-loved landmark along Folly Field Road. But, when you open the door to our home, nostalgia gives way to modern convenience and a tranquil atmosphere. This peaceful ground floor unit was renovated in Spring 2008.
Our unit has everything you need in your home away from home. Let the pictures speak for themselves. The sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are just a 75 yard stroll away via the raised boardwalk of the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort beach access. On the property, you will find access to beach and bike rentals. From here you can bike the miles and miles of paths throughout the island.
The weather in Hilton Head offers cool to warm evenings where you can dine outside at one of the many restaurants, or take in a free show or outdoor concert. This unit is truly a place to escape the rigors of everyday life and to refresh your mind and soul. We know you will have a wonderful vacation at our getaway on the island of Hilton Head.

The condo has central heat and air, is in a gated community with 24
hour security, cable tv, balcony, linens and towels are included,
CD/AM/FM/Cassette Stereo, VCR, 2 TV's (living room and bedroom),
coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, cookware and
utensils. The internet is available through the resort at $29.95/week.

The sandy beaches of the Atlantic shore are just 100 yards down a
boardwalk from our villa. The property offers 10 lighted tennis
courts (hard), the largest swimming pool on the island with a beach
bar and grill, and activities throughout the day are provided during
the summer months(seashell hunts, tye-dyed shirts, jewelry making,
etc.), sailing, and bicycle rentals. The island is home to 26
championship golf courses, some of which offer discounts to guests.

Summer 2013: Weekly $795, no nightly rentals
**All rates include taxes and cleaning. No hidden fees.
There is a $75 key/security deposit, totally refundable.
Rentals of 3 nights or less require a $75 cleaning fee.
