Beautiful beachfront condo (4th floor)in gated community on the
Atlantic Ocean.
Only 1 hour from Orlando attractions and 1 hour from Kennedy Space
Center. Watch space launches from your private balcony.
Only 20 minutes from St. Augustine and 30 minutes from Daytona.
Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the full wall glass doors
in the Master bedroom and living room with access to the oversized
balcony. Watch dolphins swim by or enjoy amazing sunrises. Fully
carpeted, linens included. Full eat-in kitchen complete with ocean
view from the kitchen sink! There is also a large diningroom table
which allows dinners with a view and table and chairs on the balcony
for outdoor dining.

Extremely family friendly! Highchair and portacrib (pack n play) are
provided.
2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Comfy king size bed in Master bedroom with a
full size sliding glass door that leads to the oversized balcony. On
cool nights, sleep with the doors open and enjoy the sound of the
waves! 2 twin beds in second bedroom. Sleep sofa in livingroom. 3
swimming pools (2 are oceanfront/one which,is heated in the winter
months and is a private pool for surfclub 1 only - never a crowd),
tennis courts (two tennis racquets are in the condo for your use)
volleyball court, shuffleboard, clubhouse (with small library for
your use), boathouse with day docks on the intercoastal, underground
parking (no reserved spots), 24 hour security. Kitchen includes full
size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, ultra quiet dishwasher, coffee
maker, toaster and the ever so trusted blender! Full size
washer/dryer. Master bath has seperate shower, tub and dual sinks.
You can even glance at the ocean in the mirror when you are getting
ready in the morning! A/C and ceiling fans throughout. Cable TV in
livingroom and both bedrooms. VCR's in the livingroom and master
bedroom. Small video library (approximately 50 videos)so you don't
have to run out to the video store. We have everything from kids
movies, comedies, teen flicks, drama's to thrillers. Stereo with CD
player.  Ipod docking station in the MBR.
The condo is stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap,
dish/washer soap, hand soap, and kitchen supplies such as condements
(catsup, mustard, salt, pepper, seasonings, etc.)

Steps away from a quiet beach. No auto's allowed on the beach so it's
great for small children to explore and enjoy. Coquina rocks line the
dune (which make great adventures for kids and adults) but they do
not interfere with the beach, surf or swimming.  However, Mother nature changes the beach regulary!
If you prefer to drive on the beach, head 3 miles north to the
Matanzas Inlet, where you can drive directly on the beach. Be aware
of "deep sand areas" if you do not have a 4x4.
Tennis courts available on site. 2 racquets and tennis balls are
provided for your use.

Use of day dock on intracoastal.  Lots of benches, fish cleaning station and boathouse with bathrooms.  Great place to fish and/or watch sunsets!
Surf fishing and intracoastal waterway fishing. Local charters
available.
Numerous local golf courses.
Close to Orlando attractions, St. Augustine, Daytona and Kennedy
Space Center. 1 mile from Marineland where you can swim with, touch
and feed dolphins.
Many local resturants.
Nature paths and state parks within walking distance. Bike paths all
along A1A as well as through Matanzas Shores. Bike racks available
for your use.
Close to everything but a quiet and peaceful area.

Spring/Summer - $750 week/ $1,350 for 2 weeks or $1,800 month for 2 people
$800 week for 4 people and $850 week for 6 people
Fall - $650 week/ $1,100 for 2 weeks or $1,850 month up to 4 people
Winter (Jan. - April) $800 week/ $1,400 for 2 weeks or $2,000 month for 2 people
$850 week for 4 people
$200 -$300 security deposit (depending on length of stay)
$80 cleaning fee for each rental
