Beautiful ocean view in this lovely, well appointed & maintained,
furnished 2-story home in LaFitte's Landing in Crystal Beach. 3
bedrooms, 3 baths. 3 bedrooms on main floors, each has its own
private bath, loft with queen sofa bed, living room with fireplace,
full size kitchen, breakfast room, sun room, loft, wet bar and large
deck. Bedroom on ground level mostly for kids.

ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS or SMOKING ALLOWED. IF ANIMALS ARE DISCOVERED
ON PROPERTY OR ANY SIGN OF SMOKING, EXCEPT ON THE DECK, SECURITY
DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Great location for birding.

South on I-45 to Galveston; take a 15 minute relaxing ferry ride to
Crystal Beach or 1-10 take the Winnie exit to High Island and Hwy 87
to Crystal Beach.

Families only!!! No prom or spring break single groups. Ages 25 &
under must be accompanied by adult family members for duration of
stay. Rental is limited to the number of guests in the
reservation. Any additional overnight guests not stated at time of
reservation will incur an additonal charge.

Full size kitchen, dishes & cooking utensils provided, coffee
makers, microwave, dishwasher, laundry room, fireplace, three TV's,
cable TV, zoned air conditioning, stereo, VCR, outdoor shower,
picnic tables, BBQ grill and deck chairs for relaxation while
enjoying the sound of the ocean, ocean breeze, sunrise and sunset.

3 queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed in the main levels of the house; 2
full beds and 3 twin beds on the ground level enclosure. Pillows,
mattress pads and bedspreads provided. Bring your own sheets &
towels. Pillows have a way of disappearing, so you might want to
bring your own.

Beautiful beaches, duck hunting, birding, water slide, restraunts,
fishing and fireworks.

Galveston Island is only a 15 minute ferry ride away for shopping,
deep sea fishing, Moody Gardens, carriage rides, "Dickens on the
Strand" in December, Mardi Gras, cinemas, theatre and many fine
restaurants.

Rental period runs from Friday arrival to Thursday departure.
