Bright and newer large ground-level duplex on the preferred side of
the 100' wide clear canal. This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home is
spacious, clean and tastefully decorated for your relaxed vacation
in the Key Colony Beach. A well stocked kitchen for the cook in the family
and a 42" plasma TV in the great room for the couch potatoes.Keep your boat
outside the door at our 37.5' STEPDOWN dock with water, electricity and fish
cleaning table and bait freezer (in garage). Garage is NOT available for use.
Parking for your boat trailer either on premises or in the community lot for
a small fee.

Membership to the Cabana Club included - Olympic sized pool, hot
tub, game room, restaurant, bar, white sand beach. Great for
families or anyone who enjoys fun and relaxation in the sun and
tropical breezes. All of this within walking distance! If you don't
want to walk, or drive, call them, they will pick you up at the door!

Key Colony Beach is only 2 hours from Miami and only 1 hour from Key
West. It is centrally located in the Keys so it's just a short trip
to visit the other islands, and the 7 Mile Bridge is just minutes
away.

to provide check-in/check-out assistance and to answer your
questions with a 24-hour emergency number.
