Harbor Island is a private, quaint, gated retreat, featuring two
miles of private, white-sand beach along the Atlantic Ocean and St.
Helena Sound.
Feel the cool ocean breezes in this charming first row, ocean front
house that is furnished with exquisite taste. Fantastic views of the
ocean from every room in the house. It has a screened porch with
wicker furnishings and private, spacious decks off both the master
suite and living area where incredible sunrises can be enjoyed with
your morning coffee.
Each bedroom has its own private bath with a spa in the master
bedroom.
This home is one of the BEST LOCATIONS on the island. The beach is
only a few steps away. Your biggest decision of the day might be to
turn right to walk the beach or turn left to walk the beach. The
home is ideally situated on a quiet cul de sac with the semi-
private, oceanside pool on one side and an empty lot on the other
side. The Beach and Racquet Club with the tennis courts, sand
volleyball court, half court basketball, suffleboard, large
community pool, children's pool, playground, sandwich and ice cream
shop are a short three minute walk.
Harbor Island is ideal for the golfer. Nearby golf courses are
reasonably prices,uncrowded and tee
times are readily available.
