This unit is accessed by spiral stairs and overlooks the direct Gulf of Mexico. An upper level private deck with chairs, tables and grill is directly off the bedrooms. On the lower level, a private heated swim spa is just feet from the Gulf. This is an ideal getaway vacation spot for 2 people.   

There are 2 rooms, each with a queen size bed, television and private bath. In one bedroom there is a small refrigerator, micro, toaster, Keurig coffee pot, plenty of paper plates, cups, etc. Each room has extra linens, towels, hair dryer and even toothbrushes. A thermostat controls the heat or air in these two rooms. It's a perfect set up for traveling relatives, friends or spouses that what separate sleeping areas. The unit is white glove clean, with white sheets and bedspreads on each bed. The weekly charge of $400. is all inclusive. There is nothing else you have to pay.  

Swim in the gulf with the dolphins, fish off the seawall for all
kinds of fish, rent a jet ski or pontoon boat around the corner,
enjoy the live music at the beach bar and dine at a fine restaurant,
just a stones throw away. Weeki Watchee's mermaid shows and water
park, Homasassa Springs with it's Florida wildlife and boat rides to
see the manatee are just 15 minutes away. Clearwater Beach and Tarpon
Springs sponge docks are 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens in Tampa is
