vacation rental description
The Dunes of Seagrove is a luxury, beachfront condominium complex
located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The pool is 7,500 square
feet, and has a hot tub. There is a work-out facility with a steam
room and sauna along with soft tennis court and beach rentals are
available on site.
Our unit is 1,150 sq ft with two bedrooms and two bathrooms(1 king &
1 queen, with top of the line pillowtop matresses). There are three
TV's with DVD players (one in the livingroom and one in each
bedroom). There is a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom for
additional guest. It has a huge covered balcony that over looks the
pool and the gulf where you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets.
We are located within 100 yards of Deer Lake State Park which gives
you about a mile of deserted beachfront which is nice for hiking and
watching nature. If you like to bike a 16 mile bike trail runs along
Hwy 30-A, where numerous great restaurants are located. Seaside is
just five miles west and Rosemary Beach is just ten miles east. The
best part is you can relax on your vacation and avoid the traffic of
nearby Destin or Panama City, but we're only 30 minutes away if you
want to do some power shopping or fishing!
