oversized bath tub and separate stall shower in master bedroom. It
is complete with a functional kitchen, large living area with pull
out sofa, dining area, screened patio and terrace on second floor
which both over look pond. It is complete with two car garage and
plenty of closet space. It is conviently located in the Castle Pines
community in the heart of PGA Golf Village.

Activities and Attractions
PGA Village offers three different golf courses. It has 2 Tom Fazio
courses as well as a course designed by Pete Dye. Each course
contains its own challanges for golfers of all skill levels. PGA
Village also features a PGA learning center, which is a 35 acre
state of the art facililty where the professionals come to train
and play. It contains a driving range and putting green to practice
before you hit the course.
PGA village is just 45 minutes North of West Palm Beach airport. It
is a short drive to beautiful beaches on the treasure coast. It is
also just 2 miles away from NY Mets training facility and their
minor league team. There is also a multiplex theater, bowling alley,
and many themed restaurants all located about a mile from the
townhouse.For the whole family Disney World and other Orlando themed
parks are just less than two hours away. This is a wonderful
experience for the whole family!!

There is a 75.00 Exit Cleaning Fee.
30% deposit is required upon the time of reservation. The remaining
balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is due 30 days prior to
arrival.The deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property
after departure unless there are damages to the townhouse or loss of
any contents.
Cancellation & Return Policy:
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of
arrival. Cancellations must be done in writing. NO refunds for
early departures.
