Ocean View Condo! Perfect for Families, Golfers or Couples! in Ocean Isle Beach

This practically new condo is in perfect condition. It is
beautifully furnished with all new beach style furnishings,
comforters and decor. With 1700 square feet, it sleeps 13
comfortably and is perfect for families, golfers and couples. Two
families, three or four couples without children, or a golf group of
12 will love the spacious 4 bedroom/4 bathroom floorplan.

Bedding consists of two master bedrooms with king beds in each.
Bedroom three has one queen bed and one twin bed. Bedroom four has
two double beds. Living room has a queen sleeper. Blankets, bed
linens and bath towels are included.

Our ocean view is unmatched by any other Islander Resort Villa.
After a day of fun, activities, a round of golf, or just plain
lounging, enjoy the amazing ocean and island views while dining or
having a cocktail on our third story deck.

With 4 full bathrooms, everyone can get ready to go out easily and
quickly. One of the baths even has a jacuzzi tub for relaxation or
fun for the kids. There are also a full size washer/dryer and
iron/board for your convenience.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing a large and fancy meal or just
heating up last night's leftovers from your dinner out. Everyone
will feel comfortable on vacation here. It's just like being at
home, except you have a beach, heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool,
tiki bar, and poolside/indoor dining within a few minutes walk.

The beach is flat, wide and safe with a gentle surf--great for
little ones and surfers alike. No need to worry about kids getting
lost on a crowded beach here. Lots of room to run and play. Adults
can enjoy a game of bocce ball or "putt-putt" on our beach. Ocean
temperatures are warm in spring through November and the pool is
heated when needed.

Our condo is very baby/toddler/kid friendly. Outlet covers are in
place, doorknob covers, cabinet protectors and baby monitor are
available, and there is a gate on the deck. We have baby/toddler
toys and books, as well as older kid and adult games and books.
There are four TVs, three with DVD players.

Located just a mile down the beach are the mini golf, water slide,
arcades, beach shops, restaurants, museum and brand new community
center with it's daily kid's activities right on the beach. Bring
your bikes, because these activities are close enough to ride to.

Just off the island are go karts, boat/wave runner rentals, fishing
charters, more shopping, more dining, cinemas, bowling, grocery
stores and of course golf courses galore.

Over 30 golf courses are within 15 minutes of the condo in Brunswick
Co., NC. Nearly 1/3 of Myrtle Beach's "Strand" courses are actually
located here. Within 30 minutes you will find over 100 courses.
Why stay in a cramped hotel room in crowded Myrtle Beach, when you
can vacation in a pristine and spacious condo for the same amount of

Calabash, NC is just 15 minutes away with it's famous seafood
restaurants and quaint shopping. Drive just a few minutes further
and you are in South Carolina and then on to North Myrtle Beach with
all the large amusement centers, grand mini golf courses, shows,
children's museum, restaurants and shopping.

Ocean Isle Beach is the perfect location for that family, couples or
golf vacation. The island is quiet, safe and peaceful and yet close
enough to any action you or your group cannot live without.
