The house is located on Jamaica Bay in Broad Channel, Queens. It is a 5
block walk to New York City’s mass transit system. The train to downtown
Manhattan is an approximately 45 min ride.

Here guests will enjoy beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline and breathtaking sunsets. Guests will benefit from this ideal location. Not only will guests have the benefit of being a short ride away from one of the world’s greatest cities, they will also take pleasure in the beautiful peaceful surroundings of Broad Channel and Rockaway. These neighborhoods are ideal for boating, fishing, swimming, surfing, bird watching or walks along the beach.

Sleeps 6/10. 3 bedroom waterfront house with 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor.

There are towels and sheets; however they are not changed daily. There are also cooking utensils, etc.  and small grocery stores as well as a laundry mat within walking distance. 

There is a queen and double pull out sofa 3rd floor sleeps 4. There is a queen or twin in one bedroom 2nd floor and a queen bed in other 2nd floor bedroom sleeps 4. There is a  double pull out sofa living room 1st floor sleeps 2. Total 10.

The minimum stay is for 3 nights for up to 6 guests.

This home may be rented for 7 or more nights. A 25% deposit is required to reserve this property. Additional guests cost $140 per week for adults and $75 for children. There is a $300 security required. Returned to guest following inspection of home at end of stay.
The deposit required is 25% of your stay. You may pay for the deposit
with a bank check or a personal check in US funds only. No reservations will be made without a deposit. Balance, including tax, paid to host on day of arrival in cash, traveler's or bank checks. No Personal checks or credit cards. Refunds (less $20 booking fee) made upon cancellation notice of at least ten days. Cancellation less that ten days prior to arrival date, deposit not refundable.
