Vacation Rental Description

Exciting Tan Tar A Estates 3 unit building. Each room has 2 double 
beds, bath, walk-in closet and outdoor deck. Coffee maker, hair 
dryer alarm clock, and phone. 27" color TV with free cable and DVD 
player.

Availible at extra cost: Living room with sofa sleeper, dining area 
with table, fully equipped kitchen and serving bar. Fireplace and 
deck with screened in porch, 3/4 Bath. Connects with one bedroom 
unit to make a full suite.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Estate owners pool, fishing docks, and all nearby resort amenities.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, marina with boat rental, parasailing, wave runners & jet skis, 
boat rides, horseback riding stables, horseshoes, tennis, touring 
carts, bowling, billiards, put-put golf, childrens playground, video 
game arcade, and indoor water park are availible in resort at cost. 
Hotel has two bars and restaurants, Burger King & Sborro's Pizza,  
spa, salon and many market place shops. It's a great place to have 
fun and relax!

Vacation Rental Rates

Special Holiday Rate- Rent the entire house for $150.00 for 2 night 
stay during November and December includes New Years Eve

Individual rooms (sleeps 4 adults) start at $89.00 night.
 
Weekdays - Monday to Thursday - 3 nights - $267.00/per room. 
Weekends - Friday to Sunday - 2 nights - $359.00/per room.

Rent entire coachhouse with all three bedrooms (2 floors) plus livng 
room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bar, dining area, 3/4 
bath and private screened porch. This sleeps up to 14 adults.

Weekdays - Monday to Thursday - 3 nights - $849.00/whole house.
Weekends - Friday to Sunday - 2 nights - $949.00/whole house.

Suite - 1 Bedroom plus Living area - $189.per night week-days.

Reservations required with min. $200.00 deposit on credit card.
