Vacation Rental Description

Very nice Two bedroom Two bath home located on Shoal creek.  Beautiful landscaping and great view of 
the water.  Large patio with very nice furniture.  Nice seawall and pier.  There is great 
fishing and boating.  One bedroom has Two queen size beds and one bedroom has One. The property 
is located on a nice level One acre lot.  There is a covered motor home park.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV located in great room and in One bedroom.  Home is fully furnished with a Large 
great room.  Large kitchen, and a seperate dining room that seats Six.  There is also another 
table in the great room that seats Four.  This can be used for cards or extra seating.  There 
is a large laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.  The kitchen has a side  
by side refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and all other appliances needed.  Dishes, pots and pans 
are all provided. Linens and towels also.

Activities and Attractions

Great boating and fishing.  We are very close to golf courses the mall and restaurants and a movie  
theater. The Muscle Shoals area has a lot of activities such as the Helen Keller Festival, Trail of  
Tears, WC Handy festival, Arts Alive.  There are also Golf tournaments, fishing tournaments, tractor  
pulls and great parks and walking trails.

Vacation Rental Rates

3 night minimum $400.00 with a $300.00 deposit (refundable) and a $50.00 cleaning fee.  Weekly rates  
$650.00 that is for 6 nights with a $300.00 deposit (refundable). Monthly rental November through 
April $750.00 per month plus utilities.
