This beautiful, new condominium is a spacious 1400 square feet -- not
cramped as many of the older condominiums are. Ocean Park 221 has a
panoramic view of the ocean and is surrounded on the other side by
Fort Clinch State Park, which gives the residents a unique sense of
privacy. Stroll to the beach, less than 200 yards away, or sit on the
private balcony and listen to the surf pounding on the shore and the
tree frogs at night. Take a dip in the pool, or a hike in Fort Clinch
State Park, or enjoy the family-friendly picnic and recreation area
on the beach only a block away.
The master bedroom contains a queen-size bed with a TV, large master
bath and roomy walk-in closest. The second bedroom contains two twin
beds with adjacent bath. Additional sleeping space is provided with
sleeper sofa in the living room. The entertainment center in the
living room houses cable TV, VCR with video collection, DVD with DVD
collection, and assorted board games for a rainy afternoon.
Everything is included -- from a fully equipped kitchen with new
appliances to beach chairs and even wireless internet. You even have a locked garage large enough to park bikes and beach gear as well as your car.
A short, two-mile drive or walk takes you to Fernandina where
you will find a myriad of unique shops, artist studios, and a
culinary assortment of restaurants on the waterfront. Also visit Fort
Clinch State Park, the Fernandina Beach Golf Club, or take a ferry to
Cunberland Island for a unique back to nature experience. Less than
an hour drive will take you to Jacksonville for more sports
activities, cultural activites, and dining adventures.
