Our home is located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach in
an area called Laguna Beach. We are located 2.5 miles west of
the “Y” intersection of FL Hwy 79 and US 98; just minutes from beach
attractions, shopping, dining, and churches of all dominations. We
are in the first block, less than 500 feet from the water’s edge in a
quiet family neighborhood. Laguna Beach has dedicated a mile of
undeveloped, pristine beachfront for property owners to enjoy.

This lovely home makes for an outstanding vacation getaway for sun
and fun with family and friends. Three bedrooms and two baths handle
6 adults comfortably. Hide-a-bed sofa allows for two more. Fully
equipped kitchen and full size washer & dryer provide all the
comforts of home. Second story location provides great gulf views
and catches the afternoon breeze. Full deck is great for sunbathing,
grilling, or relaxing. The perfect place for a family vacation! You
know, my honey and I may just have to go down this weekend…

Central air conditioning, cable TV with VCR & DVD, phone. Fully
equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker,
and refrigerator with icemaker. Laundry with full-size washer &
dryer, charcoal grill, second story deck, great Gulf views, outside
beach shower.

Two bedrooms with queen size beds, third bedroom with two twin beds,
and a hide-a-bed sofa sleeps up to 8. Each bedroom has a TV and a
ceiling fan, linens provided. Formal dining area and breakfast bar.
Living room with recliner and remote control. Refrigerator to keep
your favorite beverages ice cold.

Classic beach activities of Panama City are a short drive to the
east. Such as: Thomas Drive, St. Andrews State Park, Shipwreck
Island Water Park, golfing, miniature golf, tennis, jet skiing,
parasailing, helicopter rides, arcades, shopping, dining, and much,
much more…

Located to the west are the more laid-back beach communities of the
senic-30A area, which include: Seaside, Grayton Beach, and San
Destin. Don’t forget Helen State Park, Lake Powell with its public
boat ramp, and everybody’s favorite the SanDestin Outlet Mall.

Within walking distance you’ll find Lahan’s Carousel Supermarket,
Thomas Donuts, gift shops, and restaurants. And of course the
emerald green waters and white sugar sands of a one-mile stretch of
dedicated beachfront. The perfect place to walk with the one you
love and enjoy watching the sun set.

March through August...........$900/week........Saturday to Saturday

$250 Security deposit, $75 cleaning fee, and Florida rental tax (10%).
Deposit is due at booking. Rent due 30 days before vacation date.
Deposit and Rent is NON-REFUNDABLE 30 days before rental date.

No smoking and must be 25 years old to rent. Additional charge for
more than six guests. Holiday rates differ. For example the week of
the fourth of July is $1,200.

We filled up early last year so make your bookings as soon as you
