Are you looking for an upbeat, fun retreat in which to enjoy a family
vacation or are you looking for a romantic "get-away?" "At The Beach,"
is ideal for both situations. Our fantastic 1800 sq, ft. home has
been newly renovated and has three bedrooms, two and a half baths,
family room, living room/dining room combination, kitchen, covered
lanai and beautiful heated pool with a waterfall.

This great waterfront property is located near the southern end of the
island on a canal in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the
white sands of Ft. Myers Beach, a marina, restaurants,shopping center,
golf course, and theater.

The pool is accessible from three rooms through wide French doors.
With a screened cage covering the pool, the large lanai and private
pool area can be used as an enjoyable outside entertainment space
throughout the year.

The beautiful free-formed pool has a sun shelf at one end where the
water is 4-5 inches deep. This makes an ideal wading pool for
"little ones." At the far end of the pool, one can enjoy the lovely
waterfall with its slowly rushing waters. To help protect children
from the pool area, we have a removable gate that can be installed
across the lanai. This allows for guests to enjoy the beautiful view
of the pool and the canal and yet not worry about children having
access to the pool area.

Further, high speed Internet access is available at no extra
charge(provided by Comcast). Just bring your computer.

All linens, towels, beach towels, beach toys, pool accessories and
chairs are provided. For your convenience, an outside shower is also
available on the side of the house to rinse off after a day in the sand.

Indoor parking is available for one car. There is, however, a circle
driveway which provides ample off the street parking.

January 30 - Feb 6 Special - $1000/week

During the season:
(January) - $1400 per week (US)

(February - April 10) - $1900 per week (US)

Off season:
(April 10- October) - $950 per week (US)

Fall (November - December) $1000 per week (US)

Other charges include : $140 cleaning charge, $35 booking fee and
11% FL tax.

A $500 damage deposit is required upon booking plus 1/3 of the rental
charges.

Rentals are generally Saturday - Saturday. Other configurations will
be considered.
Check in is at 3 pm. Check out is 10 am.

To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all our guests, please be aware
that we do not allow smoking in the house nor do we allow pets. We
appreciate your adherence to these guidelines.

Further, no student groups under the age of 25 are permitted unless
they are accompanied by an adult who is physically staying in the unit
with the students.
