Linens, Towels, Full kitchen ... dishes/utensils/cookware, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, coffee grinder. Air conditioning, Washer/dryer, cable, VCR, stereo, DVD, Phone, answering machine, patios, outside gas grill.

Caretaker or Owner...on property provides full-time / anytime maintenance; home is well maintained and cleanest to be found.

Master Bedroom is on one side of the living area with King bed, bath/walk-in closet/dressing area on the Gulf; 2nd Bedroom is on the other side of the living area with Queen bed on the gulf, & adjoins bath with 3rd Bedroom; 3rd Bedroom is 2 Full beds; 4th Bedroom is another Master Bedroom with Queen, its own bath & private deck; No sofa sleepers provided. All beds are extra firm, high quality mattresses.

Outdoor hot/cold shower, roofed pergola on the beachside for shade or rain provides extra outdoor living while watching the beach and gulf!

Take advantage of over 20 miles of Walk / Bike Path directly from the house. Bikes may be rented on the street at Blue Mountain Road. Tour famous Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach and Watercolors, all close by and all accessible from the bike path. Restaurants, Golf courses and shopping is plentiful; Famous outlet mall within 10 miles from the house. Deep Sea Fish in Destin. Fish at Big Redfish Lake across the street from the house, or try the 331 Bridge ... or just have total seclusion and privacy watching the dolphins, great blue herons, pelicans, sea turtles nesting and once in awhile sighting of manatees!...all right from your back door!!!

 and beach ... strictly adhered to; Gatherings for parties, weddings, and special occassions over 10 occupants is not permitted anywhere on the property or the beach; certain size groups may not be suitable, check with owner.

*For 6 or less, choose to rent the 3 bedroom and lock off the 4th bedroom/extra bath……or check with owner for small group pricing desiring the extra space. 

For 7-10 occupants, the 4 bedroom with extra bath rate applies.  Rates are based on maximum occupancy.
