condo at the Hawaiian Princess is only 35 miles from the Honolulu
Airport and just a short, scenic drive to the many attractions on
the island. Right from the comfort of your condo, you'll enjoy
breath-taking ocean views, whale watching, gorgeous sunsets and the
sound of the surf. Our location is one of the islands best kept
secrets with its beautiful, pristine, uncrowded, white sandy beach
and crystal clear, turquoise water just steps away. Our little cove
is home to a variety of sea life including sea turtles, dolphins and
tropical fish. There is also a nice little surf-break right off the
point as well as the world class Makaha Surf Beach just up the road
about a mile.

Our sixth floor, air conditioned, one bedroom condo has recently been
totally refurbished with all new furniture and appliances with your
ultimate satisfaction and convenience in mind. This quality condo
sleeps four comfortably with a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa
sleeper. The bedroom has it's own TV/VCR/radio,phone and ceiling fan.
The living room also has a large TV/DVD/CD player and ceiling fan. Two
large chairs with ottomans make for relaxation in comfort and style.
Fully equipped kitchen with all new, modern appliances including
dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, blender, coffeemaker,
electric water boiler, microwave, rice cooker and toaster.
There is also a washer/dryer, cable TV, telephone with answering
machine, high speed internet, iron/board, all linens, beach towels and
mats, beach umbrella and chairs, small cooler, boogie boards, and
dryer rack for wet beach gear. In other words we've tried to think of
everything you could possibly need to make your time here exceptional!
The Hawaiian Princess complex has free parking on gated grounds with
24 hour security, an ocean side swimming pool and jacuzzi
(chlorine free system), sundeck and showers, rec room with ping-pong
table, tennis court and BBQ area with gas grills.

Right out front:
Great swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, boogie boarding and surfing.

Within 1-5 miles:
Two championship 18 hole golf courses, sailing excursions, scuba
diving, Makaha Surf Beach, swim with dolphins, deep-sea fishing,
hiking, visit ancient Hawaiian Heiau (or temple), just to name a few.

About 10-15 miles away:
Ko Olina - nice swimming with no waves, grass and shade. Golf and
fine dining here as well. Also Ihilani Resort & Spa. Ko Olina is the
site of Paradise Cove one of the largest and most respected luau
shows in Hawaii. A little further down the road is the Water Park
and 16 Plex Movie Theater, shopping and dining.

If you wish to explore further in search of shopping, dining and
nightlife there is always Honolulu and Waikiki just a short drive
beyond the airport. Other island activities include Pearl Harbor,
Hanauma Bay, Waikiki Beach and the world famous North Shore surf
breaks all within a fairly easy drive. Makaha is a great location to
just kickback and relax or use as your home base for your island-
wide adventures.

Price ranges from $800/week and up depending on length of stay and

Cancellation & Refunds - Deposits are refundable less a $50
administrative charge for cancellation requests made at least 45
days prior to arrival date. Guests cancelling less than 45 days
before arrival will receive refunds only if the unit is rebooked for
their reserved dates. We make every effort to rebook any
cancellations but we recommend you purchase travel insurance if
unsure about your plans.
