the back with grill, front porch with swing and rockers.  Built 1900, formal living and dining  
rooms, kitchen with eat-in bar, den with sleeper sectional(recliner on one end and chaise lounge on  
the other - middle section will fold out to double bed). Located three blocks from beautiful  
downtown Eufaula, one block to Lake Eufaula, the Bike and Hike Trail and the Fairview Cemetery.   
Master bedroom has king size bed, there is a bonus room with bath that can be used as an office with  
couch that will sleep one.  Damage/Loss deposit of $1000 required in advance.  Rates for the week or  
month are available.  Very comfortable with private backyard, cable, unlimited long distance, and  
high speed Internet.  The Bass Capitol of the world.  Inquire about access to the lake. The  
population of Eufaula is approx. 15,000, and Barbour County approx. 30,000. Dothan, AL, is 45 miles  
south  and Columbus, GA is 45 miles north.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Located in the historic district of Eufaula near the downtown area, including the Fairview Cemetery,  
the Courthouse, the Eufaula Carnegie Library, the Bike and Hike Trial, Lake Eufaula, fine  
restaurants, shopping, antique shops, the post office, the Baptist, Methodist, Episcopal and  
Presbyterian churches, and the Chamber of Commerce.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, hunting, geneology research, biking, hiking, watersports and special event weekends - The  
Pilgrimmage in the Spring (Tour of Homes), the Art/Music Festival in the Summer, the Indian Summer  
Festival in the Fall, and the Christmas Tour of Homes in the Winter, and Fishing Tournments year  
round.

Vacation Rental Rates

A three day minimum is required.  Rates start at $450-$550 for two depending on the season. Linens  
available for reasonable rate. Weekly and monthly rates available. Add $60.00 for additional guests.  
Pets must be approved prior to stay and a non-returnable deposit may be required.
