serene atmosphere.
Wrap around deck for sunning, barbequing, and mountain relaxation.
Information provided describing local points of interest, restaurants
and activities. Easy fifteen minute drive to slopes, restaurants,
shopping and much more.
Sleeps 14 when using air mattress.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Seasonal stream on property, gas barbeque on deck, fully stocked
kitchen. Including all pots and pans, microwave, coffee pot, blender,
dishes and silverware. Covered parking and more available. Cable
TV, VCR's, Karaoke music machine and local telephone service. Washer and dryer.
Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has two queen beds 3rd
bedroom has two single beds, and fourth bedroom is a playroom with
available queen size air mattress. Plenty of floor space, and small
child size rollaway bed.
Trundle bed in den and queen sleeper sofa in living room.

Skiing, sledding, snowboarding, mountain biking, boating and boat
rentals, fishing,waterskiing, hiking, horseback riding to name a few.

Midweek Monday thru Thursday $150/night
$300.00/Night during winter months (November 1st through March
31st) Midweek Monday thru Thursday $250/night
Christmas and New Years weeks, price $350/night
Holiday weekends during summer add $25.00/night
Holiday weekends during winter add $35.00/night
Stay seven nights and pay six nights special!
Bring your own sheets and towels and clean as you go
OR $100.00/stay cleaning fee and/or $35.00/sheets and towels per stay
$100.00 security deposit refundable upon satisfactory house
inspection.
