Vacation Rental Description

It is considered one of the finest resorts on the Grand Strand.   
This 2 BR, 2BA, sleeps 6 rental unit is located in one of the two  
ocean front towers within the 57 acre Ocean Creek Resort across from  
the Barefoot Landing.  Ocean Creek Resort is a family atmosphere  
with 24 hour security at the entrance gate.  The unit has a  
beautiful view of the tidal creek and ocean from the oversized  
balcony.  One of the 2 balconies has table and chairs to enjoy the  
ocean surf and at-the-unit dining. The resort has a Beach Club  
available for use.  If you're not using the unit's indoor/outdoor  
swimming pools or jacuzzi (adjacent to indoor pool), you can use the  
pool at the Beach Club where there is food and drinks and quick  
access to the beach.  For children there is a children's playground  
near the beach as well as a feeding pond with turtles, duck and  
birds.  Crabbing in the tidal creek is a very popular activity for  
the curious and adventuresome child.  When posted, there are also  
children group activities for anyone staying.  For the health nut  
there is an exercise room and running/walking paths within the 57  
acre resort.  There are 8 tennis courts, 3 are Har-Tru surface and 2  
are lighted for night playing.  The golfer can warm-up on a nearby  
putting green.  And if your tired of the beach there are 6  
indoor/outdoor swimming pools.  For the vacationers' dining  
convenience there is also an on-site restaurant, The Four  
Seasons.

dishwasher, dryer, full kitchen, tower garage, microwave, oven,  
refrigerator, telephone, 2 televisions, video player, walk-in  
closet, and washing machine. 
 
Resort and Tower Amenities:  6 indoor/outdoor swimming pools, kiddy  
pool, Beach Club (pool, food and drink),  beautifully landscaped  
property with flowers and assortment of tree and bushes, tennis  
courts, children's playground, on-site restaurant, beach tram for  
transportation throughout the resort, exercise facility, putting  
green, arcade, 24-hour security, volleyball court and while in  
season on beach umbrella and chair rentals available.

choice of over 100 area golf courses. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer        $1350 - $1,550 per week 
Fall          $750-$850   per week 
Winter        $750 - $800   per week or monthly rates negotiable 
Spring        $750 - $950   per week 
 
Rates are subject to change. 
Deposit of $300-$500 required to reserve week (refund after stay) 
Week gross amount one month in advance of stay.
