pond. This fabulous vacation property is situated directly on one of
San Diego’s finest clean sandy beaches for surfing and swimming,
which has brought surfers from all over the world. This resort-style
complex has so much to offer families with it’s many amenities: 2
heated swimming pools (one is a lagoon-style), 2 jacuzzis, gas bbq’s
(overlooking pool and ocean), putting green, gym, saunas, billiards,
ping-pong, library and laundry facilities.
Unit E-102 is an upgraded ocean view one bedroom unit only 50 yds.
to sand and ocean front. It is well-appointed with ocean view also
from bedroom (even in bed…ocean sounds lull you to sleep). Kitchen
and living room have ocean view through reflection of living room
mirrored wall. The unit is tastefully furnished and decorated. Fully
equipped with Cal King bed with a Hawaiin flair, queen sleeper sofa,
2 floor futons, portable crib, 2 TV’s including a 40" flat screen TV in living room, 2 VCRs and DVD player, free WiFi,video library, games, nice new
linens & kitchen items and everything for fun on the beach (chairs,
umbrella, towels, boogie boards, coolers and more). There is a
custom tile bar shelf on the balcony with captain’s chairs to enjoy
the sun, have meals or to have a sunset toast while you capture the
sun melting into the sea. All you really need is clothing and food!
Surfers get out your boards for you are at one of the finest surf
breaks right out in front of our complex for short or long boarding
(shhh! My husband doesn't want anyone to know, but I'll tell you.)
Many surfers navigate here from all over the world for World
Championships or simply recreational. For those who would like to
venture out and get up on a board, "Team Wahine" (see other links)
offers co-ed surf lessons and camps and is located inside the
Oceanside Harbor Lighthouse which is only a 1/4 mile walk from the
unit. No need to rack up the boards and drive to other locations.
You can just step out 50 yds. to slide in the water.
For those traveling with families, this unit is baby equipped with
portable crib and nice bedding, baby bathtub, hooded bath towels,
potty seat, booster seat, deluxe backpack, toys, videos (Elmo, Barney, and Disney), sand toys and
games. No need to lug the home with you and for the little ones to
have fun as well.
For those with physical challenges, this unit is in very close
proximity to amenities and is a single level (bathtub/shower does
not have a handicap bar) unit. We are only 2 doors down from
elevator. Library, laundry, pool, jacuzzi, putting green, garage and
beach are right down elevator. No need to take one stair to any of
these or my unit.
For you "Fitness Buffs" we have an on-site Personal Fitness Trainer
(by appointment only), Massage Therapist (by appointment only) and
seasonal Yoga Classes in our Party Room (Free). We have many great
Fitness centers close by: from YMCA (also has a kids activity pool),
Co-ed or Women only (sorry gentlemen).

Kids will not want to leave and neither will you!

This gated complex also features underground parking with 24 hour
manned security, resort-style heated swimming pool, jacuzzis, gym,
billiards, saunas, ping-pong and putting green.
