Spacious Modern Beach House! in Rehoboth Beach

This family-owned, impeccably clean house is in Rehoboth Beach, just
North of Dewey Beach. The open floor plan with cathedral ceiling
offers an inviting appeal. It comes fully furnished with an
equipped kitchen and is only a 5 block walk to the beach or a 2-3
minute car ride to Rehoboth's famous boardwalk. It’s located on a
low traffic, no outlet street and has a small yard for the kids.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths and it sleeps a maximum of 10
people. The bedroom layout is as follows: the master bedroom is on
the 1st floor with a queen bed and its own bathroom with stand alone
shower and jacuzzi tub; the 3 remaining bedrooms are upstairs with 2
queen beds and 2 twins. The loft area has a full-size sofa bed.
The house offers free off-street parking for as many as 5 cars.
There are 2 decks and an outside shower. No pets are allowed and we
do not rent for the purposes of "beach week" or to anyone under the
age of 25.

Located in Southern Delaware, approximately 45 miles south of Dover
and 20 miles north of Ocean City, MD. Our biggest and best
attraction is the beach & the boardwalk! Also enjoy Silver Lake,
Funland amusements; go-karting; mini-golf; water slides; outlet
shopping; fishing; boating; birding; biking; restaurants; antiques;
festivals; surfing; swimming; night life; a winery; movies; and more.

2008 Summer Rental Rates

May 23rd-June 14th $1400 a week
June 14th-June 28th $1700 a week
June 28th-July 26th $1900 a week
July 26th-Sept 1st $2100 a week

In the off-season we have a 2-night minimum at $250/night or weekly
for $1100. Check-in at 3pm on Saturday, Check-out at 10am on
Saturday
