This Beautiful, newer waterfront home has it all. Is situated in a very quiet residential
neighborhood. It is a short drive to the beach, golf, restaurants or shopping and a quick walk to
Marco Town Center. The home is completely equipped with all of the modern conveniences, you will
feel like "Home away from Home". Home features 3 double bedrooms (2 queen bedrooms and one twin
bedroom)
and two bathroom. The master bedroom has its own shower room, walk-in closets, cable TV and
sliding doors opening on to the pool area. The other two bedrooms have built in closets, 2 room
has view to the waterway.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. There is a
dishwasher, microwave and convection oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker, electric stove ,coffee
maker,toaster,blender. It is next to an informal family room with sliding doors that open on to the
large screened-in lanai and pool area, and overlooking to the waterway. There is comfortable seating
for six people, a 32" LCD TV with cable channels included, DVD and CD. Additionally there is
another more formal living room with high cathedral ceilings which contains sofa, love seat,
entertaiment center with a big wide screen TV/DVD/full surround sound system to enjoy your favorite
movies. Next to the living room is a formal dining room with 6 chairs.
The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. The garage has a electric door operated by remote
control and alows to park 2 cars out of the heat of the Florida sun.
The screen-in pool area overlooks the dock and waterway (only 15 minutes of the Gulf). It is
furnished with patio furniture (table, six chairs a 2 sun loungers) Has 2 pool patio speakers
connected to home theatre audio system and also a gas BBQ grill.
The heated pool enjoys the sun for most of the day. From the pool area are steps down to the
waterway and a private dock where you can moor and launch you boat. The dock is a nice place to sit
and relax washing accasional dolphins and many different kinds of edible fish that are in the area.
If you enjoy fishing, there is a fish table and snook light for your convinience.
