Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful, newly built, condo has nothing but the ocean in its 
view. It is located exactly between Rosarito and Ensinada. Close to 
Puerto Nueve, The Lobster Village and the famouse La Fonda. Go to 
sleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean waves. It is ideal for a 
peacful and relaxing, yet exciting get away.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

 In this condo provides most of the thing which may be at your 
home: Satellite TV, DVD Player(bring DVD's), Stereo with C/D Player, 
Refriderator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Stove/Oven, Pots and 
Pans, Dishes, Utensils, Kitchen towels, Brand New Furniture and 
Appliances, Linens, extra blankets, Full Bathrooms. Also, for weekly 
and monthly guests, a washer and dryer is available for use.
 Out side the condo: Pool and Jacuzzi, a Playground for the kids, 
Ping Pong Table,(bring your own paddle and balls, Net is provided), 
BBQ and Party facilities in a Gated Community with 24-hour 
Security.  
(Bring your own Bath/Beach towels)

Summer Rates (May through October)
1-4 People, $150/night, ($15 extra per person, up to 6 people)
1-6 People, $750/week
1-6 People, $2000/month,  (does not include utilities)

Winter Rates (November through April)            
1-2 People, $100/night, ($15 extra per person, up to 6 
people)                                                                      
1-6 People $650/week, ($50 for 
utilities)                                                                 
1-6 People $1300/month, (does not include utilities) 

Holidays and Special Events, $200/night, $900/week

Additional Fee:

$40 cleaning fee, (One Time)
(If you would like cleaning throughout your stay, you can get individual cleaning service as well 
for about $25 per cleaning).
$150 Returnable Security Deposit
($200 Extra security deposit with a pet)
