Our villa is located in the up-scale Venetian
Golf and River Club. Conveniently located just minutes from I-75,
downtown Venice, and only 5 miles to nearest beach! This new
community is the envy of all as it offers luxurious country club
amenities including, golf, tennis, resort-style pools, spa, biking
and walking trails, canoeing, fitness center, and onsite
resturants. The villa overlooks several scenic ponds - great for
bird watching! The interior is exquisitely furnished with new
designer furnishings. The villa features granite countertops,
upgraded tile in baths and kitchen, upgraded natural maple kitchen
cabinets, full size stainless steel appliances, stainless steel
accents throughout, up-graded ceiling fans in bedrooms, livingroom
and lanai, and designer lighting in the kitchen. The luxurious
master suite includes a full bath with Roman shower, his and hers
vanities and closets, a King mattress with frame and a
walk out to the lanai. The guest room offers a Queen sleigh bed
accented with silk linnens. Pamper yourself with all the

Villa comes fully furnished with all the comforts of home including
laundry room with full size washer & dryer, 2-car attached garage,
fully stocked kitchen and baths, Flat screen TV with HD cable, TV in Master Suite, AT&T wireless internet (upon request), and lush maintenance-free landscaping. There are also two mountain bikes and a gas grill for
your enjoyment. (please note: no private pool)
