Spring Run is one of four communities within the Brooks, an award-
winning master planned community by Bonita Bay Group. It is built
around an 18 hole, Gordon Lewis-designed golf course with 5 sets of

season! If you would like to golf, you may play
for cart fees only with payment of transfer fees ($212 for Spring
Run, $150 for Hidden Lakes) at beginning of rental. Spring Run also
has a gorgeous clubhouse (recently expanded and redecorated!) which
serves lunch every day,
has a full service bar and serves dinner several nights a week. There
are also
periodic special events at the clubhouse.

While the community pool is just steps from the unit, there is also a
larger pool at the clubhouse, as well as four tennis courts. The
Brooks has numerous bike and walking paths throughout its over 2500

Bonita Springs is a perfect vacation spot, located halfway between
Naples and Ft. Myers (also only a 15 minute ride from the newly built
Southwest Florida Regional Airport). There is so much to do whatever
direction
you travel!

Nearby beaches include Bonita Beach (about 10 minutes), Ft. Myers
Beach (about 20 minutes) and Naples Beach (about 30 minutes). You can
also enjoy Sanibel and/or Captiva Islands to the north. They both
feature great shelling, shopping and dining. (Captiva also has some
fun dolphin excursions).

If shopping is your passion, you will not be disappointed. In Estero
about 10 minutes from The Brooks is the Miromar Outlets. There are over
100 designer outlet stores. Also, there are many unique shops
in downtown Naples, as well as Sanibel and Captiva.
And you are never far from the familiar chain stores such
as Target and Wal Mart. There are also several flea markets in the
area.

Restaurants are abundant and new ones are opening all the time. From

The dinner train theater which leaves from
