Vacation Rental Description

You'll enjoy the "Best of the Beach" in our deluxe apartment #506B  
at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club.  
 
Located on on ten acres of swaying palm trees and 7 miles of  
gleaming white sugar sand beach.   
 
This has been called "The World's Safest Beach" because of its  
gentle sloping shore and lack of currents.  
 
Our condo is a one bedroom studio with a king sized bed, but can  
sleep four with the pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is  
fully equipped. Towels and linens are included. The new large screen  
TV has cable, VCR and DVD. Heated pool, gas grills, and clay tennis  
courts are on the property.  
 
Most importantly, you overlook the Gulf of Mexico from the 5th floor  
living room and lanai, with views of the island’s bay side. Although  
located on the beach, the property is buffered by a beautiful  
natural lagoon--a favorite spot for water bird photographers. You  
can walk around the lagoon to get to the ocean, but wading across is  
more fun! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The property features a heated freshwater swimming pool surrounded  
by deck lounge chairs. Gas grills and 4 clay tennis courts. 
 
King sized bed. Fully equiped kitchen with dishes and cookware.  
Towels and linens included. Large flat screen TV with cable, VCR and  
DVD. Music system. Lani overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Activities and Attractions

On the bay side of the property across the street you'll find  
shopping and restaurants. At the Fish Tale Marina you can rent a  
pontoon or a boat, or charter bay and ocean fishing trips. One block  
south you'll find a public executive 18-hole golf course (under  
$30).  
 
Want to explore the entire island the easy way? Catch a passing  
trolley for only 25 cents!

One Week minimum, Saturday to Saturday. 
April 119, 2007 through November 10, 2007 .. $425/week. 
November 10, 2007 through December 29, 2007 .. $590/week. 
December 29, 2007 through April 20, 2008 .. $890/week. 
April 20, 2008 through November 13, 2008 .. $425/week. 
Plus 11% Florida tax.
