This A Frame style home has the casual charm of a beach house get-a-way. Step through the front entry and you are in the main living area with the kitchen, dining and sitting area all open to each other. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, ideal for a quick bite or serving area. The high peaked roof in the living area opens the space visually and the wall of sliiding glass doors waterside bring in the light and the views of the yard and waterfront. Stepping outside you have a fabulous tiki, located near the dock, and 60' of seawall for boat dockage. The Tiki provides plenty of shady room for outdoor dining, relaxing with a good book or critiquing the catch when the boat pulls up! The deep water protected dockage is just minutes from the ocean and only a short run to Vaca Cut for access to the Gulf.
On the main level are 2 bedrooms, the waterside master bedroom has a King size bed and a half bath. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the main bath opens to this room as well as the living area. The third bedroom can be found tucked into the peak of the A frame roof and has 2 Twin beds. Accessed by a sprial stair and with it's own TV, it a great spot for kids.
Cabana Club membership is included and the pool and beach club is within walking distance of the home. The Cabana Club is a private pool and beach club and offers a 65' swimming pool and great stretch of sandy beach on the Ocean.
The home is fully equipped with everything you will need for your vacation and has tile floors on the main level with carpet in the loft. Flat panal TV in the living area with DVD player, master bedroom and a TV in the loft. A new split system A/C in the living area (similar to central) Wall units are in each downstairs bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave oven. Utility room has a washer, dryer and a bait freezer. Charcoal grill. Fish cleaning table on the dock. The garage is not available for guest use. No pets, no smoking.

The home is equipped with wall unit air conditioners, one in the
living area and one in each main floor bedroom (with reverse cycle
heat). The utility room has a washer/dryer and a bait freezer and
there's a fish cleaning table on the dock.
TV's in the living room, one bedroom down and in the loft. VCR.
Linens, towels and everything in the kitchen you will need on
vacation! Charcoal grill.

Colony Beach offers a par 3 golf course, tennis courts and play area
for children. The community is a great place for walking or biking
throughout the residential streets. Marathon offers all the shops,
restaurants and services you will need for your vacation including a
public beach at Sombrero. Bahia Honda State Park is a 20 minute
drive south and Key West is approximately 1.25 hours away.
