Vacation Rental Description

This unique "Cottage" style, A-frame home has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. 
Two bedrooms are on the main level with a third loft bedroom 
overlooking the living area. The recently remodeled kitchen is 
spacious and well equipped with a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, 
microwave oven and built-in eating bar. The living, dining and 
kitchen areas are all open to each other and have views of the back 
yard and waterfront. Tile floors are throughout the main level with 
carpet in the loft. The full bath is accessed from the living area as 
well as one of the bedrooms while the 2nd. Bedroom has a perfect 
powder room tucked under the "eves". Bedding: Queen, Full and 2 Twin 
beds.
60' of canal frontage with a step down seawall provides excellent 
protected dockage(4'controlling depth)and quick access to the Ocean. 
Vaca Cut is only a short run by boat for easy access to the Gulf.
Comfortably cozy, this cottage in Key Colony Beach is perfect for a 
fun, relaxing family vacation! A new addition is the "tiki" in the 
back yard. Generous enough for outdoor dining under cover or 
comfortably relax when there's a breeze but you've had enough sun for 
the day.
The garage is reserved for owners use only. This is a non-smoking home.

This home includes access to a nearby pool and beach club, The Cabana 
Club! Within a short walk you will have access to a 65' heated 
swimming pool and beach right on the Atlantic Ocean!
The home is equipped with wall unit air conditioners, one in the 
living area and one in each main floor bedroom (with reverse cycle 
heat). The utility room has a washer/dryer and a bait freezer and
there's a fish cleaning table on the dock.
TV's in the living room, one bedroom down and in the loft. VCR. 
Linens, towels and everything in the kitchen you will need on 
vacation! Charcoal grill.

Lobster weeks $1600.00
Please add 11.5% sales tax to rent rates
$500.00 reservation/security deposit required and a $25.00 non-
refundable booking fee.
