Vacation Rental Description

This charming, lakefront home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with  
a private cove. It's surrounded by tall trees on Virginia's second  
largest lake. This well-equipped home is the perfect place for your  
family vacation.   
 
The large deck is perfect for an evening get-together around the gas  
grill with your favorite beverage -- catching every gorgeous minute  
of sunsets. You can sip your morning brew on the full-length front  
porch which is equipped with comfy rockers.   
 
The fire pit near the water is the place to toast your marshmallows  
and fix your s'mores. The lakeside deck is a great place for a  
picnic. You can swim off our pier, or head to the nearby state park  
and enjoy their huge beach.   
 
And if the weather is bad and you get stuck inside, don't worry.   
We've got foosball and a simply outstanding DVD collection.  
 
There are four full-service marinas, boat and jet-ski rentals, and  
plenty of places to launch your craft in the immediate vicinity.   
 
If you come in the fall/winter, you can enjoy leaf peeping and a  
cozy  
night around the fireplace with no city noises to distract you.    
 
This home is situated only one hour from Washington DC, Richmond,  
Charlottesville, the Shenandoah Mountains, and the Blue Ridge  
Parkway. Winery tours, historical sites, battlefield parks, and lots  
of antique shopping opportunities are available within minutes.

- Jun 29, 2008 - Jul 5, 2008: $1,500/Weekly - July 4th Holiday Rate  
 
NOTES:  
- Weekly rates are for 6 nights - Sunday check in; Saturday check out 
- Daily rates apply to Sun-Thurs, 2 night minimum 
- Please add a Cleaning Fee of $65.00 to the above rates. 
- A $300 deposit is required.
