Our home is spacious and beautifully decorated with over 1,500 square feet of living space and will meet your every need. This home sleeps six comfortably in the king-size master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom
and up to two more on the sleeper sofa in the main living area. The master bath has twin sinks a whirlpool soaker tub with 6 jets for maximum bather comfort plus shower and the second full bath has a walk in shower.
There is a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you could need. A washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs. Cable TV has been installed in both bedrooms and also in the main living area as well as free high-speed
internet access. Sliding patio doors open to a screened-in balcony off the living room overlooking the nature reserve.
The balcony has elegant wicker furnishings for outside dining and relaxing. A large Junior Olympic heated pool, with Tiki bar awaits you. Beautifully landscaped grounds leads you to a fishing pier on the bay where you can watch the wildlife and dolphins at play.

Fully equipped kitchen. Free WiFi. Free national phone calls. Cable TVs - flat screen in living room with DVD player, with TV's in each bedroom. Washer/dryer on upper level. Towels and linens are provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, and BBQ grill. Three Adult Bicycles. Free use of the Jr. Olympic heated pool.

Take a leisurely walk or cycle to the powdery white sands of the beach. We are only a short drive to famous St.
Armand’s Circle, art museums and the cultural center of Sarasota.
Other leisure activities include: tennis, golf, deep-sea fishing, jet-skiing, boating,biking, kyaking, Segway tours etc.
Walk to some of Longboat Key’s fabulous restaurants or take a short drive off the key.
One hour drive to Busch Gardens, two and a half hour drive to Disney World and Universal Studios.
20 minutes from Sarasota Airport, 1 hour from Tampa Airport, 2 hours from Orlando Airport.

Reservation Deposit of 30% of the rental fee is required to secure a reservation. Refundable damage deposit of $300.00 required at time of final payment. FULL payment (rental rate, plus 11.5% tax,plus $130.00 cleaning fee) is due 30-days prior to arrival date. Check in 3.00pm. Check out is by 11am on day of scheduled departure.
Possession – instructions on obtaining the key will be mailed to your home after full payment is
received.

Remember: We do not charge you an extra resort fee ( unlike the on-site rental agent), but you still have access to all the benefits of a unit owner at cedars.
