Vacation Rental Description

Located a short distance off HWY 4, this 2 story, 2-bedroom plus 
large loft, 1-1/2 bath, comfortable, very clean home-away-from-home 
has a large wrap around deck and is a stone's throw from the 
Lakemont Pines Lake. 
Our cabin has a fully-stocked kitchen with a large family table for 
indoor dining. The deck is a great place for dining as well and 
features a water mister for hot summer days and evenings. There are 
5 beds (2Q dowstairs & a Queen Hide-a-bed and 1 Dbl, 2 Twin, and a 
Double Hide-a-bed upstairs), that comfortably sleep 8 people, and 2 
hide-a bed couches. The long driveway can accommodate many cars.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

TV, phone, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, gas fireplace, 
gas BBQ, water mister and refrigerator. Cooking and dining utensils 
provided. Staple foods stocked. Board games, books, outdoor games 
and sleds available. Deck table and chairs. (please bring your own 
linens) The lake provides plenty of fun and relaxation with a lodge, 
shuffleboard courts, BBQ area, picnic tables, swim platforms, 
canoes, playground equipment, and a snack bar and lifeguards during 
the summer months. We have 7 guest passes available for your use. 
It is easy to find and is within walking distance to a shopping 
area, fitness center, pool, golf course, Snowshoe Brewery and other 
restaurants.

Vacation Rental Rates

From $325 (two night minimum)
$125 per additional nights 3-7
$950 per week (non holiday).
$60 Manditory cleaning fee.
$200 fully refundable security deposit; Full payment in advance.
No smoking & no pets.
Late departures and early arrivals may be arranged for add'l fee.
Holiday rates $400 for 2 nights, $150 per each additional night.
Holidays require longer minimum stay.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
