Vacation Rental Description

Our condo is gulf front and  beautifully furnished. Tile floors 
throughout. First 
floor convenience, but not lacking in views. Everything is directed 
out to the gulf. Wake up to the sunrise over the gulf and magnificant 
sunsets in the evening.King size bed in master bedroom. Twin beds in 
guest bedroom. Sleeper sofa in living room. Televisions in master 
bedroom and living room. Wireless internet and unlimited long distance US calls coming soon.
Everything is provided for your comfort.Dvd, VCR. Full size washer 
and dryer in unit. 2 elevators in building. Sunset condo is located 
towards quiet South end of the beach. By far the most beautiful white 
wide beach on the island. Large warm heated pool over looks the gulf. 
Lots of property. Shuffleboard. Covered picnic area overlooking 
beach. Barbecue grills. On site manager. Rental periods are 2 week 
minimum.

Walk to Villa Santini for shopping, dining,drug store, and hardware.

Sand sculptures contest right out on our beach in November. People 
come from all over the world to see.

Vacation Rental Rates

$800.00 per week low season May 1-Nov 30
$850.00 per week mid season Dec-Jan ( Christmas Weeks $1200.00) 
$850.00 per week April (Easter Week $1,000.00)
1350.00 per week high season Feb-March
Discounts for monthly summer rentals.
6%sales tax, 5% bed tax, $75.00 one time cleaning fee
2 week minimum rental
