largest natural harbors! Beautiful beaches are within a 45 minute
drive. A popular winter haven for BOATING and GOLF enthusiasts! The
charming village of Punta Gorda is centrally located north of Fort
Myers, Sanibel Island, and south of Sarasota/Venice area...EZ commute
to all conveniences, tourist attractions, shopping, and International
Airport is within 35 minutes! Home is in excellent condition, all
fully furnished and outfitted, with a large all seasons porch
overlooking HUGE dock, pool and intersecting canal views! You can
even boat to area restaurants, all shopping 5 mins away!

vacation rental rates

$1200 per Month off season, $1800 per month  for  Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March and April,if rented for a minimum of 3 months. $2100 for one month only during season. $1000 Security Deposit. Basic cable,wireless internet and water included!

Total rent due prior to lease inception. Tenant must pay state required Charlotte County hotel/bed sales tax of 12%.
Cleaning fee of $100.00; additional $130.00 for carpet cleaning if
tenant brings a pet.

I stayed at the cottage for about 4 months, I absolutely loved it! Great place, great location, great fishing, about 1/2 mile to the harbor! Cozy, clean, awesome views, loved having the pool at my doorstep. Close to downtown Punta Gorda, great area for walking and biking. Kitchen was extremely well equipped!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children

Another wonderful relaxing stay at The Fish Camp thanks to Sandi & Brad and their attentiveness to every detail. The Fish Camp is an extremely clean and efficiently equipped vacation place set in a very beautiful quiet neighborhood. Fishing from the dock and swimming in the pool right outside your door. Can't say enough about our stay here this fall. Everything you would need as far as sightseeing, shopping and bike riding are extremely close by not to mention the wonderful dining spots that we have discovered during our stay

Recommended for: age 55+
