The handsomely constructed Villa La Estancia Villas all feature
cream
travertine marble floors throughout (including the terraces), carved
maple entry doors and kitchen cabinets, 10 foot ceilings in the
living areas, granite countertops in all baths, and tiled
countertops
in the kitchen, large closets, and electronic security boxes in the
Master Bedroom and Deluxe Master Suite.
This Villa features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and may also be
rented as a 2 bedroom/3 bathroom Villa or a 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Deluxe
Master Suite (no kitchen).

The large living room includes a TV/VCR/DVD/Stereo system with CD
player and a sleeper sofa (queen size). The dining room table seats
6. There is a full bathroom (shower) located adjacent to the living
area.
The full kitchen features a large side-by-side refrigerator with ice
and water dispenser, full stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher,
garbage disposal, small appliances, kitchen utensils, cookware,
dishes, glassware, and cutlery. A large pantry offers abundant
storage space and a separate laundry area features a washer, dryer,
and laundry sink. The breakfast bar seats 3.
The Master Bedroom features a king size bed and sitting area. The
Master Bathroom includes a jetted tub with separate shower, a large
dressing area, and double sinks. The second bedroom has two beds
and
a full bathroom (shower). The third Bedroom features a king size bed
and a small living area (queen sleeper sofa). The adjacent bathroom
includes a jetted tub,double sinks and separate shower. This
bedroom
also includes a mini-refrigerator and an electronic security box in
the closet. All of the bedrooms have televisions.
There is a large terrace from the living room, Master and second
bedrooms with patio furniture, including a large table, wet
bar, and two mini-refrigerators. The third bedroom features a
private terrace with a table and chairs.
When the Villa is rented as a 2 bedroom/3 bathroom condo, the third
bedroom features are not included. When it is rented as a deluxe
Master Suite, the features of the third bedroom are offered. The
two
sides of the condo share a common entryway, but have separate entry
doors that can be keyed differently.
Telephones are located in the living room and the bedrooms. Two
line
telephones allow for separate service in the 2 Bedroom/3 Bath unit
at
the same time as the Master Suite.
