without the hype (and cost) of the Hamptons.  Sugar sand bay beach is just a minutes stroll down the 
block.  Ocean beaches are 
an easy 15 minute commute (no traffic north to south), golf courses, Tanger Outlet 
Shopping, great fishing and best of all stroll to your own private sandy beach.  All is here for 
you - cooler, 
wagon, beach blanket, beach chairs, etc.
