Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful Village Villa, once the historic 
Hotel Du Midi is located in the medieval village of Pusserguier in 
the Languedoc region near the Canal Du Midi at Capestang. This village is one of "the circulades" 
and is close to the Mediterranean beaches at Narbonne and Valrais Plage and 
historic Beziers, only 15 minutes away.               
 
This lovely home/villa is three stories high and has cut stone 
facade with traditional wrought iron balconies and has a private Bar 
in the back off the courtyard for parties, wine tasting and fun.  

In addition, there is covered parking for 7 vehicles and off street parking closeby. The property 
can be rented out in it's entirity for groups, family reunions, retreats and workshops, 
or for individual stays in the many single bedroom suites or the two bedroom luxury apartment 
suites. 

Most suites have their own bathrooms, as well as kitchen and dining amenities.  This offers great 
flexibilty for various vacation stays.  All suites are furnished with antiques of the French region 
and Epoch for a first class vacation experience.

Tree shaded garden patio and barbecue area, private 
driveway and historic cave, jacuzzi Bathroom and 
laundry facilities onsite. Walk 2 min to Village shops and restaurants amd wine tasting of the 
famous local wines.

Activities and Attractions

Close to Mediterranean Beaches, Historic Narbonne, The Canal Du Midi,(a world heritage site) and the 
heart of the Languedoc wine region, close to the Great Cathar Villages, such as Minerve and 
Capistang.
 
A two minute walk to restaurants, bar, shopping and the historic village square. Canal Barge trips 
can be arranged and tours to Carcassone and Renne La Chateau. Barcelona is a two hour drive away 
and the spanish border at Perpignon and the Cote Vermillion is only an hour away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental for 1 Bedroom (2 people) in the Villa  is $1,000  per week. 

Whole Villa rented from $5,500 per week and $20,000 per month (max 18 people)

There is a one week minimum stay.
