This spacious property is 1851sq.ft of living space, it is  
beautifully furnished and well equipped is ideal for a family  
holiday. 
 
Three bedrooms and two Bathrooms.  The master bedroom has direct  
access to the pool deck.  As well as the en-suite bathroom with walk- 
in shower, large bath tub and twin sinks there is a walk-in  
wardrobe.  Bedroom two and three are situated on the opposite side  
of the villa, and share the family bathroom, which is also  
accessible from the pool area. 
 
There is a large lounge, with a seperate family room, fully equipped  
kitchen with seperate utility room, dining area and a formal dining  
room. 
 
Located in Rotonda West, Broadmoor the west facing pool area backs  
a lake with stunning sunsets at the end of a long sunny day.

Mid season   £550  per week 
High season  £600  per week 
 
Flexible arrival and departure days, extra days are calculated on a  
pro-rata basis.
