Luxurious and charming beach cottage, professionally decorated with
new furniture and upgraded appliances. 2 large bedrooms, 2 1/2
baths, large front room, lavish kitchen, private garage and a
laundry room. Very comfortable beds with quality king and queen
mattresses, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee in
our lush garden patio looking out on the ocean. Beach chairs and
umbrella provided. Just bring food and settle in. The house is
approx. 1400 square feet.
The address is 3862 Carlsbad Blvd. 92008 for those who want to Map
Quest, or Goggle Earth.

This historic landmark house has been completely renovated with new
furniture and fixtures, including upgraded stainless steel
appliances, granite flooring and counter tops, a fireplace in the
front room, Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The 2nd bedroom is a
suite with a full bath.

The beach is right across the street, with a beautiful walking
path, and grass area. Barbecue on the patio, or just enjoy the ocean
view from the front yard.
Big screen TV and sterio, and a DVD/viedo TV in the master bedroom.

Carlsbad Beach was voted one of the top 5 family beaches in the U.S.
Swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, kayaking and surf fishing are
right out the front door. You can deep-sea fish or rent boats at the
harbor, just a few miles away. During the summer, you can rent jet
skis or water ski at the lagoon (1 mile away). Quaint Carlsbad
village is a 15 minute walk, with wonderful restaurants, shops and
entertainment.
Kayaks and bike rentals are close by. LegoLand is 5 minutes away,
Disneyland, 50 minutes, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and Wild Animal
Park 30 minutes.

Summer, June 10th to Labor Day, $2500.00 per week.
Winter Rates, $1150.00-$1500.00 per week.
Cleaning fee, $100.00
