The house is directly across the street from the beach, great views, EASY ACCESS to the beach, a 2 minute walk, and you are on the sand. You can walk down a short set of stairs, or walk down the ramp. Charming beach cottage, decorated with nice furniture and upgraded appliances. 2 large bedrooms, each having on suite full private bathrooms. 2 1/2 bathrooms total.
Large front room, with ocean view, comfortable open kitchen, large laundry room, and garage. Comfortable beds with quality king and queen
mattresses, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee in
our private garden patio looking out on the ocean. Beach views from the front room, bedroom, and patio area. Just bring food and settle in. The house is
approx. 1400 square feet.
The address is 3862 Carlsbad Blvd. 92008 for those who want to Map
Quest, or Goggle Earth.

This wonderful landmark house has been completely renovated with stylish
furniture and fixtures, including upgraded stainless steel
appliances, granite flooring and counter tops, fireplace in the
front room.. The 2nd bedroom is a suite with a full bath. Also hot and cold outside shower.
Laundry room inside the house.
The beach is right across the street, with a beautiful walking
path, and grass area. Barbecue on the patio, and enjoy the ocean
view from the front yard.
Big screen TV and sterio, and a TV in the master bedroom.
All linens, beach towels and kitchen items are completely furnished. Please email me if you would like more pictures.
activities and attractions in Carlsbad San Diego Area
Carlsbad Beach was voted one of the top 5 family beaches in the U.S.
Swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, kayaking and surf fishing are
right out the front door. You can deep-sea fish or rent boats at the
harbor, just a few miles away. During the summer, you can rent jet
skis or water ski at the lagoon (1 mile away). Quaint Carlsbad
village is a 15 minute walk, with wonderful restaurants, shops and
entertainment.
Kayaks and bike rentals are close by. LegoLand is 5 minutes away,
Disneyland, 50 minutes, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and Wild Animal
Park 30 minutes.
