This 1 bedroom beachside villa was completely remodeled
and is very nice. We have a beautiful private pool and tennis court
a short stroll from the villa.
Full size washer and dryer in unit. Located in a community of villas with spanish tile roofs and plenty
of beautiful flowers and trees this villa is a vacation dream come
true.
The bedroom has a queen size bed.
There is a Florida room for additional space.

A fully equipped eat-in kitchen will get your day started right or
have your morning cup o'coffee or evening beverage on the patio while enjoying the ocean breezes.

All linens provided including beach towels, fully equipped kitchen,
full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer in unit.
Full bathroom with shower/tub combination.
There is an large private pool nearby with
access limited to residents and surrounded by a privacy fence.
A tennis court is located near the pool for guests use.
T.V, DVD player, movies, books and games are provided for your
pleasure.
We live in the area and if you have any special requests we will try
our best to accomodate you. Check-in using our self-check-in system
and no extra charge for late check-in.
At the end of the street is the main Ormond lifeguard station and E-Z
beach access. Stroll to the beach and enjoy your vacation.
