Vacation Rental Description

This lovely 2 bedroom beachside villa was completely remodeled  
 and is very nice. We have a beautiful private pool and tennis court a short stroll from  
the villa. 
Located in a community of villas with spanish tile roofs and plenty  
of beautiful flowers and trees this villa is a vacation dream come  
true. 
 
The  master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. 
 A fully equipped eat-in kitchen will get your day started right or have your  
morning cup o'coffee or evening beverage on the screened porch while enjoying  
the ocean breezes.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All linens provided including beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, 
full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer in unit. 
Full bathroom with shower/tub combination. 
 
There is an large private pool nearby with  
access limited to residents and surrounded by a privacy fence. 
A tennis court is located near the pool for guests use. 
 
T.V, DVD player, movies, books and games are provided for your  
pleasure. 
 
We live in the area and if you have any special requests we will try 
our best to accomodate you. Check-in using our self-check-in system  
and no extra charge for late check-in. 
 
At the end of the street is the main Ormond lifeguard station and E-Z 
beach access. Stroll to the beach and enjoy your vacation.

Walk to the beach, restaurants, miniature golf or shopping. 
Just a short drive to the Daytona Beach boardwalk and pier. 
Parasailing, shelling, boating, fishing, shopping, dining, movies, 
theatre, golf, the Daytona Speedway, dog races and the super Daytona 
Flea Market are just some of the activies in the area. 
 
Conveniently and centrally located to many area attractions. 
Historic St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city, is a scenic 45 
minute drive north on A1A, The Space Center is a 45 minute drive  
south 
and Orlando attractions are about 90 minutes away.
